The Jinko Tiger Neo R 435W Bifacial Half-Cut Black Frame Solar Panel (JKM435N-54HL4R-BDB) offers a maximum power output of 435 watts with an efficiency of 21.77%. It is designed for optimal efficiency and reliable, long-lasting energy production, even in low sunlight conditions. The half-cut cell technology and anodized black frame provide better efficiency and extended lifespan. Its robust and durable design is built to withstand extreme weather conditions. The panel also features a surge protection system, safeguarding the solar system from damage caused by power surges. Finally, the panel comes with a 25-year product warranty and a performance guarantee of 87.4% after 30 years.

What is the Tiling Ribbon (TR) Method?

The Tiling Ribbon method is a way of connecting solar cells. In this method, the cells in the Tiger module are connected to each other like shingles. The connection is achieved through flat pressure, incorporating a connector. This provides individual cells with greater flexibility and stability, helping to prevent microcracks. The transition from one cell to another via the connector is referred to as the "ribbon."

In Jinko’s previous module series, square ribbons were still used. For the Tiger series, a round ribbon has been developed, reducing the loss at the transition between cells. As a result, sunlight is no longer reflected but directly hits the solar cell.

N-Type Technology

Compared to P-type products, N-type cells, which use a different doping technology, offer better performance in terms of power loss. The significant increase in bifacial factor and optimized operating temperature also provide higher power gain. Regarding the LCOE value (Levelized Cost of Electricity), analysis results have significantly decreased compared to conventional P-type modules.

Hot 2.0 Technology

An advanced passivation contact technology is applied in Hot 2.0 cells, updating the micro-nano tunneling through the oxide layer and selectively laminating thin-film silicon microcrystalline carriers on the rear side. This advanced structure helps improve passivation performance and electrical conductivity, thereby increasing cell efficiency and energy production performance. In mass production conditions, the maximum efficiency of the N-type Hot 2.0 cell exceeds 21%, offering broad application prospects in the near future.

Durability

The Jinko module is certified for use under wind and snow loads of up to 4000 Pa and 6000 Pa, respectively, and offers high resistance to salt and ammonia. The high-transmission, low-iron tempered front glass has a thickness of 2 mm and an anti-reflective coating. The frame is made of anodized aluminum alloy.
