Trina Honey Mono PERC 375 W (Black Frame Half Cell 1500V) modules containing half cells, can be used in photovoltaic installations up to 1500V. The cells have PERC, MBB technology and are resistant to PID. All modules are extensively tested and therefore have multiple certificates. The cable has a different length of 1200 mm.
Thanks to the half-cell design, these solar panels have twice the number of cells as a panel of the same size (60 cells). Normal-sized cells are cut in half by laser. Because they are half their normal size, they only produce half the amount of energy. This is countered by having twice as many cells, so that it effectively cancels out. A big plus, however, is the fact that the smaller cells have less electrical resistance - only a quarter of what it usually is. Lower electrical resistance means less power loss and higher efficiency. This means that if a single string is partially blocked by the shadow, the rest will still function fully.
Solar panels can be used in photovoltaic installations of 1000V and 1500V. This allows more modules to be used in a single chain. A suitable inverter is required. System scaling reduces costs.
